Hello ~ I am opposed to your new plans to raise prices. This will tip the scales in favor of wealthier companies and could greatly impact my ability to maintain my websites. I am saddened to see that you made a deal to use my money (without my consent) to pay off your $20 million agreement. Please be more responsive than you have in the past, regarding the opinions of YOUR CUSTOMERS, without whom you would have no income. Sincerely, Tara Thralls
