[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Negative response to the Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

ICANN, Please consider the millions of .com users who will have less ability to register .com domain names in the future if this proposed amendment 3 is implemented. Why is making the .com TLD more expensive and less accessible to the general public a good thing for anybody other than ICANN? Please keep .com affordable for all. Thank you, Pablo N.
