[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] STOP Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

This is wrong guys, STOP this agreement ASAP! Agreements "behind the curtain" that will (most likely) lead to price increase of .COM domains are bad for all of us and rise many questions.
