[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

Your proposed amendment states that it is in the public interest to raise prices on .com registration but fails to explain how that serves the public interest. I disagree that this price increase serves the public at all, especially in light of the $20 million kickback from Verisign to ICANN. Sincerely, Thomas Hlavenka
