[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

I strongly oppose this amendment since it will induce an undue and unfair burden on the public. The ability to afford a domain affects how people can participate online, and the price increases that will result from this amendment will make this form of communication and participation unavailable to people of limited economic means. And for what purpose? Please reconsider this amendment for the sake of the public
