[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Opposition to price increases of .com domains

I oppose the implementation of the .com amendment 3 since I do not see the justification for raising the price of the .com domain extension. There does not appear to be transparency about the use of funds from the Verisign agreement and I do not see any benefit from this amendment. Thank you, Gary Gannon sciGaia
