[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

It is disgraceful how ICANN ignored previous comments! I want to KNOW how ICANN spends all those money. There's no transparency at all. I think it is time ICANN be dissolved and the service lead by a more effective group and/or automated technology. I'm against the new "Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement" Georgi Todorov
