[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

I am a registrant of a .com domain name. No one other than Verisign want increases in .COM prices, and ICANN is supposed to govern the domain name system in the public interest. I have not received any supporting arguments for a price increase. This proposal conflicts with basic market logic - the price offering domains should approach zero as automation of this service increases.
