[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

I have several domain names of my own and manage a few others for some friends.  While I can understand the need for an increase and the need for enhanced DNS security, I am concerned that this amendment COULD provide for a 7% annual increase in the price of domains.  That's carrying things to an extreme; essentially raising the price of a .com domain 40% within 6 years. --
