[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Deals that affect common public should be public before approvation

This very bad habit to cook an deal before general public will be affected must be revesed. BEFORE your organization close a deal on which domain users are affected cannot be accepted and must be reversed until socialized. Why this? Money under the table? Hope not, but this actitude looks awful and make affected peple thinks bad. I strongly request that this proposal must be discussed with everyone involved, and a majority consensus much be reached before any implementation. Enrico Schiappa
