[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement Not in Public Interest

Based on the research I have done, and with my current level of understanding; I do not believe that Proposed Amendment 3 (to the .com registry agreement) would be in the best interests of the general public. Thanks for your consideration of all public input.
