[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] icann.org amendment ratification through constituency: consumers who have purchased domain names

Dear icann.org, I am not eager to see .com TLD prices skyrocket without input from the community.I propose that participants who currently register the .com TLD be given proxy votes to ratify proposed price increases.Otherwise, a monopoly is simply making unilateral decisions about pricing and consumers have no options to take their business elsewhere.
