I understand the need for domain name prices to keep up with inflation, but a 7% price increase per year is quite excessive. This needs to be capped with more reasonable limitations. Also, these deals need to be made in a more transparent process - the way this seems to have been a secret negotiation with Verisign with a very short commend period is a very unwelcome development. Not many people were even aware until a day before the comment period was scheduled to close. Sincerely, Matt Cramer
