[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Increase in dot COM Pricing

Dear ICANN, As the onroad to a web experience, increasing the price of dot coms is going to affect many people and when the competition for IDNs are increasing, the dot com price should be dropping. Rethink amendment 3, otherwise you will end up making dot coms irrelevant.
