[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] changes to .com TLD

Dear ICANN, The changes put forward by ICANN and Verisign will have significant impact on the Internet for years to come, and only ICANN and Verisign have participated in this decision. This is not fair because the many people affected by the new contract made behind closed doors did not even get the chance to speak up for themselves. Taking decisions without even asking the people who will be affected is not what I would call good practice in a democratic society. Sincerely, A. Bodet
