[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

      I am the registrant of a few .com domain name's and I am confused.  Wasn't
ICANN created to govern the domain name system in the public interest?

I don't believe the currently proposed price increases to .COM names is in
the public interest.
