I write to oppose the proposed rules that will allow Verisign to raise prices on registrars for .com domains and to become a registrar itself and compete with other registrars. This move will put existing registrars at a disadvantage and lead to market consolidation that will hurt competition and increase prices for consumers. Thank you,Andru Matthews
