[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Concerns with Verisign/ ICANN agreement

I'm writing to Express concerns with the Verisign/ ICANN deal. There seems to be a lack of transparency and oversight about the $20M being paid by Verisign to ICANN. It's also concerning that ICANN will allow Verisign to operate as a registrar. Allowing them to have more control and the ability to further raise prices. I think there should be a period of time for additional review of the deal and voices of domain investors and website operators to be heard. Thanks in advance for your consideration.
