Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to make clear my disappointment with the proposed changes to be made to the cost of purchasing a .com domain name. Domain names are a fundamental right for people to be able to purchase either for personal use or to start a business venture. Increasing prices will have a negative impact on accessibility which in turn will have a negative impact on economic or personal creativity. I would urge ICANN against making changes to the cost of .com domains that could see their price rise by 70% over the next 10 years. Yours Sincerely, Thomas Eley
