Dear Sir / Madam, The potential for price hikes in your new legislation has the potential to Jack up the cost of a com domain to the $70-80 range. This puts it out of the price of ordinary people, meaning only big players / Corporations will be able to afford to purchase them. Many small businesses will end up losing domain names (& their online branding) when renewal prices start increasing exponentially.
