Dear Sirs, I think that by proposing the com price increase ICANN turned against its statutory mission and against the Internet community. Increase in prices will make com domain less accessible to all Internet users. ICANN must understand that they do not own the Internet or the decision makers will face criminal persecution. I believe ICANN should be now subject to thorough anti-monopoly investigation to discover the true motives of the decision makers of that action. ICANN made these changes in secret, without consulting the Internet community or incorporating feedback from the ICANN community or Internet users. Although ICANN has a history of making similar deals behind closed doors, and also of ignoring unified opposition against such actions, this time ICANN managers have gone too far. Your sincerely, Tomasz Bodinski
