Greetings, The proposed changes could have serious implications in developing countries like mine. I am an emerging Computer Scientist from South Africa and the Rand to Dollar exchange already makes domains very pricey. Allowing for .com domains to potentially increase by 70% in cost in the next ten years will make them less accessible and this is against the spirit of the internet. Kind regards, Tashiv
