To whom it may concern: I am writing to express my profound disapproval of the proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement. The proposed amendment allows for a possible 70% (or more) increase in wholesale .COM domain prices over the next 10 years. That is ridiculous and unconscionable, especially since there is no reason whatsoever for such a drastic price increase. Furthermore, the whole arrangement looks like straight up bribery. Verisign pays ICANN $20 million, and (surprise surprise) gets a ton of new benefits in return? Well that is the very definition of corruption. Do not enact this amendment. It is unnecessary, unreasonable, and immoral. Sincerely, Stephen Sequeira
