[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

There is no obvious reason to support carte blanche fee increases. First, there are no qualifications provided for cost increases such as increased costs. Second, giving a monopoly authorization to blanket increase rates on a continual basis with no justification, oversight or market alternatives is essentially an attack on free economy. This is all a terrible idea that benefits only Verisign. There are real long term ramifications to open and equal global internet that will be caused by this policy.
