[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Against Proposed Amendment 3

I oppose this amendment. This does nothing to address the .com domain secondary market pricing problems and will only contribute by raising the baseline cost. This is not a solution for consumers but rather a solution for Verisign. Moreover, this shortsighted change will further internet centralization while hurting consumers and competition. Kia
