I've read about the proposed price increases for .com registrations. A 7% price increase annually is outrageously high, over three times the current rate of inflation. ICANN is basically in a maintenance mode for the database, not a startup. With proper management controls on expenses and efficiencies, there appears to be little justification for these increases. Please do not raise the rates.
