To whom it may concern: I am writing to express disagreement with the proposed amendment to raise prices for .COM domain names over the next several years. I fear that raising prices for .COM domain names can lead to stifled innovation and be a financial barrier to those wanting to use the internet for its original purpose. Benedict Yip
