[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

Hello, It seems to me that this establishes preferential favors to one company (Verisign) without allowing other companies to fairly compete. In addition the potential price increases seem to have no valid justification. I oppose this agreement. Susan Schallberger
