[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Proposed amendment 3 to .com domain is unfair

This proposed amendment seems to be disregard consideration for a significant number of .com domain registrants who are legitimate small businesses. Isn’t one of ICANN objectives to ensure fair regulations on domain names registration and fees? Thanks and regards.
