[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Opposed to amendment 3

I oppose the planned structural price increases -- increases to be made regardless of financial need of the provider. I understand that when expenses increase, prices must rise, also. But that is not the case in this situation. This appears to be a monopoly holder raising prices because it can, and lack sufficient competition to counter the move. Marshall Flax
