[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] concern re amendment 3

Hello, We are very concerned that there will be major changes to how .com domains are distributed and at what cost. This has global effects and yet only icann with verisign has negotiated this amendment without any transparency. As far as we can tell, this will create more expensive domain names which will unfairly disadvantage the poor and create uneven access to the internet. We oppose this amendment. Ming Tsai
