To whom it may concern, I would like to submit my opposition to the proposed amendment that will allow Verisign the ability to drastically (if they choose) increase the price of the .com TLD. It would stifle innovation and raise even more barriers for businesses to get off the ground. Thank you for your reconsideration. Respectfully, James Hafner
