Dear Sir or Madam, as an owner of multiple .COM domains, I am very much against the deal that will allow Verisign to increase the wholesale price to registrars for .COM domains every year for 8 out of the next 10 years, amounting to an increase of 70% over 10 years. This a an unusual steep increase. Together with the agreed payment $20 million payment of Verisign to ICANN, one may think that ICANN allowed the increase as a return service.
