[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] I am against the changes in the Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

As an owner of several .COM domains I am against the changes outlined in the Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement. These changes were agreed to without proper community support or agreement. It is not proper to saddle the owners of .COM domains with the extra cost so the ICANN can benefit with a $20 million payout. Thanks for listening Ryan McLaughlin
