I am against this amendment as it will drastically hike up prices for domains, which should be a public good. The internet used to be and still is a place where most things are free. Making prices higher means less competition, which in turn provides for less creativity and functionality in the web. I sincerely hope this amendment will not proceed. Robert Blinov
