[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

I oppose Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement. This change to allow .COM price increases every year will increase the .COM TLD out of the price range of the small business owner. Ken Lewis
