[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

To Whom It May Concern: I oppose the proposed amendment 3 to the .COM registry agreement for the following reasons: 1. It does not provide any improvement in value to the customer. 2. It will be a hardship for many individuals who use domain names for personal purposes. 3. It smacks of a monopolistic money grab with an illegal and unethical kickback to the deciding entity.
