[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Proposed Amendment 3 to the .COM Registry Agreement

I have a small web business, and increasing the cost of .com domains would deal a harsh blow to my bottom line. ICANN made these changes in secret, without consulting or incorporating feedback from the ICANN community or Internet users.  This is NOT as it should be. Please do the right thing.  Say NO to this Agreement. Cynthia Pagel
