In the recent days cost of internet, has tremendously reduced. These proposed changes will severely affect the cost of the internet so as domain registrars. This completely not need and as domain owner and registrar I do not support this. Its selfish and unwarranted Alfred Platin Mugasa Kampala - Uganda
