[Comments-com-amendment-3-03jan20] Stewardship and Small Businesses - Opposed to Amendment 3

Dear ICANN Team, Greetings: I wish to submit an objection to the proposed Amendment 3. It is not clear to me why Verisign should be allowed a monopoly on the most important TLD in the internet, and why ICANN, as steward, should be removing a price cap that protects small business owners and individuals, both Domestically and Internationally.
