Hello, As a .COM owner and Internet user, I oppose Amendment 3 as: 1. The cost increase is substantial 2. Competition in the market place will drastically reduce as smaller .COM registrars will be unable to compete against a single larger competitor 3. The cost increase will affect small and medium businesses in both the developing and developed world 4.
