As a small business owner I would like to voice my concern at the proposed changes to the contract it has with Verisign, Inc. who operate the .COM top-level-domain (TLD). Website running costs are already a large portion of my business and to have these changes forced on us could have a significant impact on my business I find it alarming that this proposal has been conducted behind closed doors without consulting or incorporating feedback from the ICANN community or Internet users.
