Removing a cap on price increases would be detrimental to our organization and other organizations with which I am affiliated. We don’t see an increase in business revenues that would be commensurate with a price increase that exceeds inflation. I believe that all ICANN price increase provisions should be capped at an objectively-set inflation rate across the board. There is no foreseeable R&D or innovation justification in this field that would justify excessive price increases, only excessive profits for the domain name registry entities. Thank you. John S.
