Please so not allow PIR to set whatever prices it wishes. The pricing cap is working fine. The reason everyone is purchasing online is because the competition brings prices down for everyone. By increasing pricing, even on a domain, you add to the price that individuals, non-profits, and small organizations are charged, and that makes them less competitive against the big guys who already have the value of economies of scale. It is a matter of simple economics. Competition is better. Is PIR had significant competition to hold them in check, price caps wouldn't be necessary. But that isn't the case.
