Legacy gTLDs are different from for-profit gTLDs. Price increases should be incremental with 10% being an understandable increase. Our school district is a non-profit organization and is dependent on this gTLD. Moreover, removing the limit entirely makes no sense since there is no competition to issue the domain names.
