Non profit organizations, for the most part, offer the world tremendous value in what they do. Removing limits on pricing increases for domain names may provide value to domain name registries, but unless sufficient need is proven, this appears to be a step in entirely the wrong direction. The current policy of allowing up to 10% increase in .org wholesale pricing each year should be maintained. Best, Jeremy Carlson
