Sir, madam, Many years ago, I have bought a .org domain and have become dependent on its availability. The price cap provision in the registry agreement ensures that I am able to afford renewing this domain every year. I implore you not to remove this price cap provision, because the resulting price increases would very quickly force me to let the domain registration lapse. Best regards, Tobias Kappé
