I am strongly opposed to removing PIR's 10% annual price increase cap on .org domains. This could have catastrophic consequences for nonprofits. Free market mechanisms can't operate when you have a single seller and extremely high inelasticity of demand, which is the case in the ICANN - PIR relationship. Removing the price caps would be a huge mistake for the 10 million nonprofits who depend upon having this domain. They cannot easily switch, and there is no such similarly recognized domain name they could go to. - Quincy Larson Teacher at https://www.freecodecamp.org I share useful things on Twitter at https://www.twitter.com/ossia
