Dear friends of ICANN, I sincerely ask you, the people of ICANN, to drop the proposed *removal of**price caps on all .org, .info, and .biz top level domains*, because this change could significantly increase the wholesale price that my domain provider Namecheap pays for domains, and would force them to pass along those increases to me.
