[Comments-rrsg-charter-18dec18] Comments on the Proposed Changes to the Registrar Stakeholder Group (RrSG) Charter

Dear ICANN and community members, Alibaba Cloud Computing Ltd. d/b/a HiChina (www.net.cn) is a member of the Registrar Stakeholder Group (RrSG). We would like to express our support for the Proposed Changes to the RrSG Charter. All amendments were thoroughly discussed and approved by RrSG members in a form of a new charter, which has been in operation since July 2018.
